Trading signals are executed without discretionary intervention, within predefined risk parameters for each strategy. Structure and responsibilities
RTC Group acts as the strategy provider for these investment strategies.
Investor accounts are held in the name of Chelton Wealth AB, a Swedish asset manager responsible for executing the strategies on behalf of investors.
RTC Group provides the strategies, while Chelton Wealth AB is responsible for investment management.
Gold FX strategy
A combined trading strategy covering gold (XAU/USD) and foreign exchange (EUR/USD).

RTC Group is a recognised provider of foreign exchange trading signals (AFSP) for Chelton AB (FI identification number 70413), a financial institution registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, Finansinspektionen (FI).
What is a high-water mark?
A high-water mark is the highest value previously reached by an investment or portfolio.
A performance fee is only charged on new gains once the investment exceeds its previous highest value. This prevents investors from paying performance fees on gains that merely recover earlier losses.
An investment increases in value from €100 to €120, establishing a high-water mark of €120. Its value subsequently falls to €110 before recovering to €125. The performance fee is calculated only on the €5 gain above the previous high-water mark of €120.
